 Before I was a business owner, I was a dog person — that part came first, and it still comes first today. 

 I grew up in a family that raised and bred large-breed dogs, which means I've spent a lifetime learning how to read canine body language, understand temperament, and manage energy across different breeds. My family calls me the "dog whisperer". 

My philosophy is simple: manage a dog's energy, and you'll have a happy dog. It's a lesson I learned early and have carried through every dog I've owned since.  

Professionally, I bring 20+ years of experience as an executive in program and project management, along with fractional CXO work — skills that now show up in how I run Pawsative Impact: reliably, thoughtfully, and with real systems behind the scenes so your dog's care never falls through the cracks.  

Great service matters to me on both ends of the leash. Your dog deserves patient, attentive care that respects their individual personality — and you deserve the same: clear communication, dependability, and a partner you can trust with your pup.  

We own two sable German Shepherds- Loki & Thor. Relocating to South Carolina, I made a commitment to put my own health first — and that's really where Pawsative Impact began. Walking dogs keeps me moving, keeps me grounded, and lets me spend my days doing what I love most: caring for our four-legged family members, with the same energy management and boundaries I'd want for my own pups.  

Every dog I walk is treated like family — because that's exactly how I see them.
